Chapin House, Virginia City NV
Re investigation
We received a call from the new owners of the Chapin House a few weeks ago requesting us to do an investigation of the house.
The owner stated that she felt a presence there and wanted us to confirm or deny whether there was indeed something there, we informed her that we had already done an investigation there and that we had gotten activity there in the past but that we would be glad to do another investigation there.
We arrived at the house about 5:00pm April 23rd and set up the equipment, while this was being done Ron (investigator) took EMF readings of the entire house, all rooms were found to be normal (point one to point three) with the exception of the basement “playroom area” that area was giving a reading of point eight so we made it a point to position an IR camera on that room….(The only other oddity we had was the basement apartment audio recorder ..it recorded 3 hours and 43 minutes of 13 minute “audio loops”) (possible time Vortex?) we then went outside for ten minutes to let the house settle a bit and started the investigation at approximately 7:00pm.(During the EVP session in the attic with the Franks box, we picked up the daughter's name (Kiara) ..this was heard by the two investigators using the franks box).
At approximately 11:45pm after investigating the house for four and a half hours we packed up the equipment and went home to start evidence review, below is what we found:

EVP Description(s) :
1. We had gotten done setting up the equipment and had gone outside to catch our breath before starting the investigation and we caught this upon audio review, keep in mind NO ONE IS IN THE HOUSE at this time.
2. We are all chattering away before the investigation starts, and apparently "someone" does not want us in the house..but no one notices the comment.
3. Mike and Chris on the second floor, The room door starts shaking.
4. Mike and Chris in the basement.
These are some things we caught on the IR camera in the "Dining Room" area, ...interesting (but are they paranormal?) .....you decide.

No one was in the area of this camera but "Someone" thought the camera angle should be changed.
Watch the window on the Right, an "Orb" appears to pass by outside and then comes into the room.
